After you buy a plan: check it is working
Checkout turns the plan on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. A Server plan belongs to one server; a Personal plan follows you everywhere.
You need
- A plan from the Premium page or /premium subscribe.
See it
Server plan/premium status
Run it inside the server you bought it for.
Set-up check/server view
Shows the plan, and a Needs doing list if the bot is blocked somewhere (usually channels it cannot see).
Use what you bought
More languages per channel
Up to 8: Translate channels automatically.
Server Pro extras
Seamless translation: posted as the author and how long translations are kept: /server autodeletedays: 7.
Billing
Change or cancel/premium manage
Cancelling stops at the end of the paid period.
Check it works
- /premium status names your plan.
If something is off
It still says Free after a few minutes.
Run /premium status in the right server. Still Free? Ask in the support server.
A member bought it, not the admin.
The plan works for the whole server either way. An admin should still run /server view and fix anything in Needs doing.
