Live captions and spoken translation in a voice channel

The bot joins the voice channel and writes down each sentence of the people who set their language, translated into the channel's languages. With speak on, it also says each translation out loud.

You need

A Premium plan: a Server plan covers everyone in the server; a Personal plan lets its owner start it anywhere voice is on.

Start the captions

Up to three languages. Without captions: they go to the voice channel's own chat.
